We produce the electrical and control design behind each package: single-line diagrams, panel general arrangements, wiring schedules and I/O lists. Drawings are developed from your process requirements and issued for review before any fabrication starts.
We write, test and commission PLC logic for plant and package control: sequencing, interlocks, alarms and permissives. Programs are developed from the control philosophy, checked before site work, and handed over with the source files and documentation.
We build the operator interface: HMI screens and SCADA graphics showing plant state, trends and alarms. Screens are laid out around how the plant is actually operated, so a developing fault is visible without hunting through menus.
We build control panels in-house: enclosure selection, backplate layout, power and control wiring, labelling and point-to-point checks. Panels are specified for the environment they will sit in, whether that is an indoor switchroom or an outdoor skid.
We fabricate switchboards for power distribution: busbar assembly, breaker and starter mounting, internal wiring and labelling. Boards are built to the single-line diagram supplied, with enclosure type and ratings agreed with you before fabrication starts.
We take panels from delivery to running plant: positioning, cable termination, loop checks and functional testing alongside your operations team. Faults found on site are corrected during commissioning rather than carried into the punch list.
We attend site to diagnose control system faults, tracing I/O, power supplies, field wiring and PLC logic to find the actual cause rather than swapping parts. Findings are written up so the same fault is recognised next time.
We train operators and technicians on the systems we deliver: how the control logic behaves, how to read the HMI, and what to check first when something trips. Support continues after handover once the plant is running.
